Clients at this level agree to meet with another Frazier Group professional when their primary professional is not available to ensure continuity of care and consistent progress. Once your first session begins, the full fee is considered earned because of the lifelong access, long-term commitment, and personal availability required. This policy applies even if the client stops participating, misses sessions, or abandons the process.
