Who We Are and What We Do
About The Frazier Group
The Frazier Group is a clinical and wellness-based organization serving the whole person, mentally, emotionally, physically, financially, and professionally. Our mission is to help people heal, grow, and lead through clinical care, strategic guidance, and practical tools that create measurable change.
Our team includes licensed, certified, and degreed professionals from diverse disciplines, including mental health, coaching, wellness, and leadership development. Together, we provide personalized services that meet people where they are in life and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.
We Are Not a Conventional Practice
The Frazier Group operates as a hybrid between a clinical practice, a professional wellness group, and a personal growth platform. This means we support a wide range of needs, from mental and emotional wellness to financial literacy, occupational growth, and lifestyle balance.
While some of our team members hold clinical licenses, certifications, and advanced degrees, others serve in specialized non-clinical roles such as coaches, consultants, and educators. We match clients to the appropriate professional based on their goals and needs.
Important Distinctions
- The Frazier Group does not represent that all sessions are provided by licensed mental health professionals.
- Clients are clearly informed of the qualifications of their assigned professional before any session begins.
- Coaching, wellness, and educational services are not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical care.
- When appropriate, clients may be referred to or advised to seek licensed clinical services beyond The Frazier Group.
- The Frazier Group upholds professional ethics, confidentiality, and client protection across all service levels.
Our Commitment to Clarity and Care
We believe in transparency and integrity. You will always know who you’re working with, their credentials, and the type of service being provided. Whether it’s coaching, consulting, or counseling, our focus is to support your growth with honesty, skill, and compassion.
